Foundation bolts and anchor groups made to project
A foundation bolt is a rod with a threaded section on one or both ends, combined with a device that holds the bolt inside the foundation, used to anchor building structures and equipment. We cut the threads on an Austrian-made automatic machine with control of bolt height and thread pitch.

The anchor group carries the entire load from the steel column into the concrete, so the geometry of the group matters more than the individual bolt. We assemble the bolts into a plate jig: pitch, projections and perpendicularity are set in the shop and are not adjusted on site during concreting.
