No answer here — ask us directly →- Why does the SIN beam save steel
- The web is a sinusoidal corrugation rather than a flat plate. Corrugation removes local buckling, so a thin web needs no thickening or stiffeners — only shear governs it. The steel goes into the flanges, which carry bending. Our web thickness is 2 · 2.5 · 3 mm at heights up to 1,500 mm.
- What certification does the plant hold
- The plant holds EN 1090-1 with execution class EXC4 (factory production control, issued by Dedal, notified body 1922), a welding certificate to EN 1090-1/-2, EN ISO 3834-2 from TÜV AUSTRIA and ISO 9001 from TÜV SÜD. All of them expired between 2017 and 2020; current versions have been requested. The scans, with numbers and dates, are in the Certificates section.
- Where do you deliver
- We have completed 88 projects totalling 11,915 t of steelwork across Ukraine, Moldova, Germany and Kazakhstan. The full list, with tonnage and years, is open in the Projects section.
- What does the design package include
- AR — architectural solutions, ZB — reinforced concrete, MK — steel structures, DMK — steel detailing. Plus a material specification carrying our production codes and a structure passport with tonnage and section list.
- What sandwich panel thicknesses do you make
- 30 · 40 · 60 · 80 · 100 mm at a 1,000 mm working width and 2,000–15,000 mm length. PIR core, thermal conductivity λ 0.021 W/(m·K), transmittance 0.21 W/(m²·K) at 100 mm. Facing is 0.45–0.50 mm galvanised steel with a polymer coating.
