PIR sandwich panels

Polyisocyanurate foam — best-in-class energy efficiency

Wall and roof sandwich panels with a PIR core. Core density 40 kg/m³, thermal conductivity λ = 0.021 W/(m·K) — twice as efficient as mineral-wool and polystyrene equivalents. Standard thicknesses: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 mm, maximum panel length — 15 m.

Standards

  • ДСТУ Б В.2.6-18:2016

PIR — polyisocyanurate, the “grown-up” version of polyurethane with closed-cell structure. Under UA-/EU-market demands for energy efficiency and fire safety, PIR is replacing polystyrene and mineral wool: a single 80 mm layer matches 150 mm of mineral wool at the same R-value. We roll the steel, foam the core, and cut panels on one line.

Why customers choose PIR sandwich panels

  • Energy efficiency

To reach R = 4.8 m²·°C/W, PIR needs half the thickness of mineral wool.

  • Lightweight

Core density 40 kg/m³ vs. 250 kg/m³ for basalt wool.

  • Finished facade/roof

The panel already carries a finished metal skin — no extra layers needed.

  • Fast installation

Click-lock + self-tapping screw, up to 300 m² per shift.

Where the material proves itself

  • Industrial workshops, warehouses
  • Cold storage and freezer rooms
  • Administrative buildings, office fit-outs
  • Agricultural complexes, farms
