SIN beam
Welded beam with a corrugated web — up to −30 % steel
Rezult Steel's equipment produces beams with a sinusoidal corrugated web. Corrugation lets the vertical web carry the same loads at a smaller thickness — steel consumption drops by up to −30 % compared with a standard I-beam, and spans get longer without intermediate supports.

The SIN beam is Rezult Steel’s flagship product. We cold-form the web on precision lines, weld the flanges with semi-automatic welding, and deliver a finished structure sized for your design loads. The certified technology allows the SIN beam to be used in sub-beam, sub-truss, sub-rafter and crane-runway systems.
Why customers choose SIN beam
-
Reliability
A corrugated web increases load-bearing capacity at an optimal self-weight.
-
Cost efficiency
Steel consumption is up to 60 % lower than in straight-web equivalents.
-
Fast installation
Lower weight — smaller cranes, fewer welds, less site waste.
-
Relocatable
Neatly dismantled and moved to a new location.
-
Aesthetics
The sinusoidal corrugation becomes a visible architectural feature of the interior.
Where the material proves itself
- Industrial workshops and hangars
- Warehouses and logistics centers
- Agricultural complexes, grain silos
- Retail and entertainment centers
